Gift-card once purchased can only be returned if the Gift-card is faulty and unworkable.
Once the faulty and unworkable gift-card is identified, Zave Orbit Pvt Ltd will refund the paid amount in 3-5 working days to the customer through Bank transfer where the customer shall provide bank details.
Gift-card once generated cannot be cancelled. However, customers can cancel the auto-generation of daily or monthly gift-card
Gift-card will be issued in real-time to the customer by Zave Orbit Private Limited
