Gift-card once purchased can only be returned if the Gift-card is faulty and unworkable.
Once the faulty and unworkable gift-card is identified, Zave Shopping Tech Pvt Ltd will refund the paid amount in 10-15 working days to the customer through Bank transfer where the customer shall provide bank details.
Gift-card once generated cannot be cancelled.
Gift-card will be issued in real-time to the customer by Zave Shopping Tech Pvt Ltd
